The plot revolves around the oddly reformed dog-obsessed Cruella De Vil who has been cured of her obsession with fur. Her vow to give up fur-wearing doesn't last long as a Cassandra Trigger causes her furs fixation to resurface and she launches a plan to get her ultimate Dalmatian coat consisting of 102 puppies.
