The TV Series "24 Legacy" is a thrilling action drama that premiered in 2017. An American series, "24 Legacy" was created by Joel Surnow and Robert Cochran and is a spin-off of the original series "24". It follows the life of protagonist Eric Carter, portrayed by Corey Hawkins, an ex-Army Ranger who comes back to America, and the trouble that follows him back - compelling him to ask CTU for help in saving his life, and stopping what potentially could be one of the biggest terrorist attacks on American soil.

The series was produced by 20th Century Fox Television and Imagine Television. The creators decided to retain the real-time format of the original series, where each episode depicts one hour in the life of the protagonist. However, unlike the original series, "24 Legacy" did not make use of split screens extensively.

Actors

• Corey Hawkins played the role of Eric Carter. He was an ex-Army Ranger who gets involved in a series of unexpected events, showing courage and determination.
• Miranda Otto was Rebecca Ingram, the former head of CTU. A strong and resourceful character, Otto played her role with conviction.
• Jimmy Smits took on the character of Senator John Donovan, who is Rebecca’s husband. Smits gracefully portrayed the depth and responsibility of his character.
