28 Weeks Later is a 2007 horror film set in Britain, a sequel to the acclaimed 2002 film 28 Days Later. Directed by Juan Carlos Fresnadillo, the plot follows a group of survivors attempting to rebuild their lives amidst a viral pandemic that has decimated the country's population. Suddenly, they must face another wave of horrific infections when the virus returns in a more deadly form.
Making / Production
Production designer Mark Tildesley, who had also worked on 28 Days Later, along with director Juan Carlos Fresnadillo and writer/former director Danny Boyle, managed to create an equally gruesome and terrifying narrative for the sequel. The film was shot in London and also used the Isle of Dogs and Three Mills Studios for filming locations.

- Robert Carlyle as Don - He plays the father who is desperately trying to survive the zombie apocalypse while dealing with the guilt of abandoning his wife.
