Making / Production

The film took a lengthy journey to completion. It was initially helmed by director Sydney Pollack in 1972 during the actual recording of the album. However, due to technical sync issues, the project was shelved. After Pollack's death, Alan Elliott picked up the project and finalised it, persevering through legal battles to ultimately release the film in 2018. The end result is a brilliantly raw and authentic piece of music history.
