About Asking for It
"Ask for It" is 2021 vigilante justice movie about a group of female vigilantes who set out to right the wrongs done to women. After being assaulted, a young woman named Joey teams up with a vigilante group called "the Cherry Bombers." United, they prepare to take on an underbelly of society filled with misogynists and predators. The film is a powerful exploration of justice, trauma and collective empowerment.
