About The Batman

The Batman is an American animated television series produced by Warner Bros. Animation based on the DC Comics superhero Batman. The series first aired on Kids' WB in September 2004. The series focused on the adventures of the titular character as he struggles to keep Gotham City safe from various villains, notable of which is the Joker.

Making / Production

The Batman was developed by Michael Goguen and Duane Capizzi, under the supervision of Warner Bros. Animation. It boasted a new, younger Batman and placed focus on his early crime-fighting career, with a stark and modern New Gotham metropolis.

Actors

  • Rino Romano as Bruce Wayne / Batman: Romano gave voice to the young and dynamic hero who balances his double life as a billionaire and caped vigilante.
  • Alastair Duncan as Alfred Pennyworth: Duncan lent his voice to the role of Alfred, Bruce's faithful Butler and confidant.
