About Bering Sea Gold
Bering Sea Gold is an American reality television series which debuted on Discovery Channel in 2012. The show follows a group of dredge ships in Nome, Alaska, USA, and their quest to mine gold from the bottom of the frozen Bering Sea. The characters dig through the ice of the Bering Sea amidst extreme winter temperatures to fulfill their ambition of amassing gold. The series showcases not just the dangerous job of extracting gold but also the camaraderie and sometimes the intense rivalry among the various crews.
