Big Hero 6 The Series is an animated television show that aired from 2017 to 2021. It is based on the 2014 film, "Big Hero 6," by Disney and is continuation of the movie's storyline. The series follows the adventures of Hiro, Baymax, and their friends after they team up to form a high-tech superhero team.

Making / Production

The series was developed by Mark McCorkle and Bob Schooley, creators of the globally successful "Kim Possible" animated series. It was produced by Disney Television Animation and premiered on Disney Channel on November 20, 2017. The animation style has a unique blend of Eastern and Western animation style, sticking true to the art direction used in the film.

Actors

• Ryan Potter as Hiro. Potter continues to voice Hiro just like in the film and brings out the right level of boyish charm and intelligence to his character.
• Scott Adsit as Baymax. Adsit plays the loveable and caring healthcare robot with a charismatic simplicity.
• Jamie Chung as Go Go. Chung voices the tough and athletic Go Go, further solidifying her role as a strong female character.
• Khary Payton replaced Damon Wayans Jr. as Wasabi, effectively capturing the character's cautious nature and fear of danger.
• Genesis Rodriguez as Honey Lemon, continues to provide the kind-hearted optimism and scientific brilliance in her character.
