Directed by Carl Jones, the TV series was co-created and primarily written by Michael Jai White, Byron Minns, and Scott Sanders, the same team behind the eponymous film. The series, made as a 30-minute animation, was produced by Ars Nova, N-BOMB SQUAD and Williams Street.
