Released in 2021, "Black Widow" is a thrilling spy adventure from Marvel Studios. The film is centered on Natasha Romanoff, also known as Black Widow, who confronts the darker parts of her ledger when a dangerous conspiracy with ties to her past arises. Pursued by a force that will stop at nothing to bring her down, Natasha must deal with her history as a spy and the broken relationships left in her wake long before she became an Avenger.

Making / Production

The movie was produced by Marvel Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures. It was directed by Cate Shortland, written by Eric Pearson, and produced by Kevin Feige. The film's journey to the big screen was long-awaited, with fans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe demanding a stand-alone Black Widow film for years. The production phase took around six months, starting from May 2019 to October 2019.
