About Bones

"Bones" is an American crime procedural drama TV series that was first aired in 2005. The show revolves around forensic anthropology and forensic archaeology, with each episode focusing on an FBI case file concerning the mystery behind human remains brought by the FBI to the forensic anthropologists at the Jeffersonian Institute. The show is based on the life of forensic anthropologist Kathy Reichs, who is also a producer of the show.

"Bones" was created by Hart Hanson. The show is a joint production by Josephson Entertainment, Far Field Productions, and 20th Century Fox Television, and aired on FOX network. The series ran from September 13, 2005 to March 28, 2017, spanning a total of 246 episodes over twelve seasons.

Actors
