In The Boss Baby: Back in the Crib, Theodore Templeton, voiced by Alec Baldwin, returns as the boss baby, ready for new adventures. The show picks up from where the previous film left off, as Theodore now navigates both his secret baby-agent life at BabyCorp and his life as a regular baby.

In this new installment, Theodore discovers a new threat that has the potential to affect the balance between babies and puppies, as BabyCorp's main rival PuppyCo sets out to create the ultimate puppy. Theodore must join forces with his older brother, Tim, and other familiar characters to save the day and restore the harmony between babies and puppies.
