The Bourne Ultimatum is a 2007 American action thriller movie directed by Paul Greengrass and based on the novel of the same name by Robert Ludlum. The screenplay was written by Tony Gilroy, George Nolfi and Scott Z. Burns. The film happens to be the third in the Bourne film series, being preceded by The Bourne Supremacy (2004) and followed by The Bourne Legacy (2012). The Bourne Ultimatum primarily revolves around Jason Bourne (Matt Damon), who continues to look into his past while surviving a government assassination attempt.
