About Cadet Kelly

Released in 2002, Cadet Kelly is a charming teen comedy movie produced by Disney Channel Original Movie. The plot involves Kelly Collins (Hilary Duff), a free-spirited and creative fourteen-year-old girl whose life takes an unexpected turn when her mother marries Sir Joe Maxwell (Gary Cole), the Commandant of a military academy.
