About Corpse Princess
Corpse Princess, also known as Shikabane Hime, is a 2008 anime series based on the manga of the same name. The plot centers around Makina Hoshimura, an undead girl who is hunting down 108 corpses in order to go to heaven. Accompanied by a contracted monk, Keisei Tagami, they together face the threat presented by the monstrous corpses - shikabanes. The series brings a unique blend of action, horror, and drama as it explores life, death, and the blurred lines in between.
