About Entourage (HBO)

Entourage is a hit TV series that aired on HBO from 2004-2011. Developed by Doug Ellin, the series is loosely based on the experiences of Mark Wahlberg as an up-and-coming film star. It centers around the Hollywood life of young movie star Vincent Chase, his childhood friends, Eric, Drama, and Turtle, as well as his savvy agent, Ari Gold.

The series was created by Doug Ellin who was inspired by his friend and executive producer, Mark Wahlberg's, personal experiences. It was shot in various locations all around Los Angeles to give it an authentic Hollywood feel. The show lasted eight seasons, with a total of 96 episodes, and even a movie in 2015.
