About No Exit

"No Exit" is a 2022 survival thriller film directed by Damien Power, based on the 2017 novel of the same name by Taylor Adams. A young woman named Darby Thorne becomes trapped by a blizzard at a highway rest stop in the mountains of Colorado, where she discovers a kidnapped child hidden in a vehicle belonging to one of the strangers inside. Stranded with no means of escape, Darby must figure out who the kidnapper is and counter their plot before the blizzard clears.

Making / Production

The film was originally announced by 20th Century Studios in November 2019, with Logan's Scott Frank set to produce and Andrew Godoski as executive producer. Damien Power was later confirmed as the director with a screenplay by Ant-Man and the Wasp writers, Andrew Barrer and Gabriel Ferrari. Principal photography took place in November 2020 in Invermere, Canada.
