"Freaky Friday" released in 2003 is an American fantasy-comedy movie. The narrative follows a mother and daughter; Tess and Anna Coleman who magically switch bodies, and have to take on the other's lives for a day. Through this unique experience, they develop a deeper understanding of each other's struggles and perspectives which helps to heal their fraught relationship. The film is based on the novel of the same name by Mary Rodgers.
