"Get Smart" is a 2008 American action comedy film that was directed by Peter Segal, written by Tom J. Astle and Matt Ember and produced by Leonard B. Stern and Mel Brooks. The film is a remake of Mel Brooks and Buck Henry's 1960s television series of the same name. The story revolves around Maxwell Smart (Steve Carell), a somewhat clumsy spy, facing a crisis involving the theft of nuclear weapons by the evil organization known as KAOS.
