About Getting On

"Getting On" is a American television comedy-drama series based on the UK series of the same name, which commenced airing in 2013. The show follows the lives of the staff at the Billy Barnes Extended Care Unit of the Mt. Palms Hospital in Long Beach, California. It humorously showcases their journey in dealing with the reality of looking after elderly patients and coping with the system and their own personal lives.
