About Godzilla vs. Megalon

Released in 1973, "Godzilla vs. Megalon" is a Japanese science fiction kaiju film produced by Toho Studios and directed by Jun Fukuda. The plot is set in a time when nuclear testing causes significant disturbances to the ecosystem, angering the underwater civilization of Seatopia. As a result, they send their beetle-like monster, Megalon, to destroy humanity. In response to this emerging threat, an inventor named Goro Ibuki sends out his humanoid robot Jet Jaguar to enlist the help of Godzilla. The film is a visual spectacle featuring a series of monster fights culminating in the iconic duel between Godzilla and Megalon.
