About The Gumball Chronicles

The Gumball Chronicles is a compilation series and a spin-off to the popular show "The Amazing World of Gumball." The series, released in 2020, presents a collection of themed clip shows with a different character in focus for each episode. The show creatively combines elements of live-action, 2D, and 3D animation, puppetry and even claymation to flesh out the universe around the citizens of Elmore, with the setting drawing heavily from American and British culture and television.

Making / Production

The Gumball Chronicles was produced by Cartoon Network Studios Europe, having been greenlit after the positive reception of the original series, "The Amazing World of Gumball." It was designed primarily for digital platforms, with each episode having a unique compilation theme.
