About Over Her Dead Body (HBO)

"Over Her Dead Body" is a romantic comedy movie released in 2008. This movie tells the story of a woman who, unwilling to let her fiance move on after her death, comes back as a ghost to sabotage his new relationship with a psychic.

The film begins with bride-to-be Kate (Eva Longoria) who gets killed by an ice sculpture on her wedding day. She becomes a ghost only to discover that her ex-fiance, Henry (Paul Rudd), is dating a psychic named Ashley (Lake Bell). With Ashley being able to see and hear her, Kate learns the rivalry might not be over yet as she attempts to foil their relationship.
