About Home
Released in 2015, Home is a computer-animated science fiction comedy film produced by DreamWorks Animation. The film is based on the 2007 children's book "The True Meaning of Smekday" by Adam Rex. Home tells the story of an alien race called the Boov who invade Earth and relocate humans, but one clever girl named Tip manages to avoid capture and befriends a Boov named Oh. Together, they embark on a thrilling adventure to find Tip's mother and save humanity.

In Home, Oh, a lovable and clumsy Boov, accidentally sends an invitation to his housewarming party to the entire universe, including their enemy, the Gorg. In order to escape punishment from his fellow Boov, Oh goes on the run and encounters Tip, a young girl who is searching for her mother. Together, they form an unlikely friendship and embark on a journey to find Tip's mom and save Earth from the Gorg.
