About Hot Ones
Hot Ones is an American web series, produced by First We Feast, that first premiered in March 2015 on the Complex Media’s YouTube channel. The show is hosted by Sean Evans, who interviews celebrities while they eat progressively hotter chicken wings. The level of spiciness in the wings is increased by using a variety of hot sauces whose Scoville rating, a scale measuring the heat intensity of a pepper, progressively increases throughout the episode. The unique, fiery twist added to traditional interviews makes this web series entertaining and unique.
