About I Still Believe

'I Still Believe' is a 2020 American biographical drama film directed by the Erwin Brothers and written by Jon Erwin and Jon Gunn. The movie is based on the memoir of award-winning contemporary Christian music singer-songwriter Jeremy Camp. The plot explores his teenage love experience with his first wife, Melissa Lyn Henning, who dies of ovarian cancer soon after they wed. The story is an emotional rollercoaster that journeys through their love, the tragedy of her illness, her passing, and ultimately Jeremy’s search for hope and strength in the face of life's obstacles.

Making/Production

The movie was produced by Kevin Downes and distributed by Lionsgate. Filming took place in Mobile, Alabama in March 2019. The movie is a collaborative effort of Kingdom Story Company and Kevin Downes Productions.
