About

The Inmate, also known as El Recluso in Spanish, is a Mexican television drama series that premiered in 2018. The show follows the story of an ex-marine, Lázaro Mendoza, who is wrongly accused of a triple homicide and is sent to a high-security prison in Mexico City. Inside the prison, Lázaro must navigate the dangerous and corrupt world of inmates while trying to prove his innocence.
