The Intruder is a 2019 American psychological thriller film directed by Deon Taylor and written by David Loughery. The movie revolves around a young married couple (Michael Ealy and Meagan Good) who buy a beautiful Napa Valley house on several acres of land only to find that the man they bought it from (Dennis Quaid) refuses to let go of the property.

The Intruder was produced by Hidden Empire Film Group's Deon Taylor and Roxanne Avent, and was independently financed by Robert F. Smith's private equity firm, Vista Equity Partners. The film was shot on location in Vancouver and various other locations in British Columbia, Canada.
