About The Karate Kid Part II

The Karate Kid Part II is the sequel to the original 1984 movie, The Karate Kid. Directed by John G. Avildsen and written by Robert Mark Kamen, the movie follows the story of Daniel LaRusso and his mentor, Mr. Miyagi. After winning the All-Valley Karate Tournament, Daniel accompanies Miyagi to his homeland in Okinawa, Japan. This trip exposes the deep-rooted rivalries in Miyagi's past, and Daniel finds love with a local girl named Kumiko. Facing their own battles, they both use the power of karate to confront their foes.
