Making / Production

"Soleil Moon Frye" carried a video camera with her everywhere she went as a teenager in the 1990s. She had an archive of footage, photos, and journals that she kept during those years, which she rediscovered as an adult. Working with producers STX Entertainment and Pulse Films, she began to compile her old memories into a documentary, starkly contrasting the carefree image of childhood stars to the harsh reality.
