The Killing is an American crime drama television series that premiered on AMC on April 3, 2011. Inspired by the Danish television series Forbrydelsen (The Crime), the series unfolds over a single murder case — the murder of local Seattle teenager Rosie Larsen, unfolding across two seasons. Each day in the investigation revealed new secrets and suspects.
