About The Little Things

"The Little Things" is a 2021 American crime thriller directed by John Lee Hancock. The movie is about two cops, a county sheriff, and a Los Angeles detective who team up to catch a serial killer. Although the sheriff, played by Denzel Washington, seems to have the skill to solve the case, his unorthodox method lands them in a deepening spiral of murder mysteries.

The film was written by Hancock nearly 30 years before the production. Originally intended as a Steven Spielberg film in the 1990s, it was later produced by Warner Bros. Principal photography began in September 2019 around Southern California.
