About Love in the Time of Cholera

Love in the Time of Cholera is a 2007 film based on the novel by Gabriel Garcia Marquez. This romantic drama takes place in a period of cholera outbreaks in Colombia. The movie revolves around a love triangle between Fermina Daza, her husband Dr. Juvenal Urbino and her passionate admirer Florentino Ariza. Florentino, despite being rejected by Fermina, vows to stay faithful and waits for about half a century to be with her.
