The show is created by David Milch, who is well known for his work on popular series like "Deadwood” and "NYPD Blue". The series was produced by Michael Mann, who is considered one of the greatest filmmakers of his time, known for movies like “Heat” and "The Insider". Together, Milch and Mann brought their unique storytelling skills to make "Luck" a reality.
