The Mandalorian is an American space Western television series that premiered on streaming service Disney+ in November 2019. The show is set in the Star Wars universe, following a bounty hunter in the outer reaches of the galaxy, far from the authority of the New Republic. The story follows the titular character, the Mandalorian, embarking on various missions following the fall of the Empire, and protecting "The Child," a creature belonging to the same species as Yoda, from various threats.
