About Mannequin Two: On the Move

Mannequin Two: On the Move, released in 1991, is a romantic comedy and sequel to the original Mannequin film. The film is directed by Stewart Raffill and narrates the story of a mannequin brought to life by an enchantment.

The plot focuses on a mannequin who was once a peasant girl transformed by a curse in the Middle Ages and now is found in a present-day department store by a window-dresser. After she comes to life, both fall in love but have to deal with the obstacles that arise due to her original enchantment.

Making / Production

Directed by Stewart Raffill, the film was produced by Edward Rugoff with Gladden Entertainment working as the production company. The music for the film was scored by David McHugh, with the cinematography was done by Larry Pizer.

Actors

  • Kristy Swanson played the role of 'Jessie', the enchanted mannequin who comes to life. Swanson brought a charming and loveable personality to Jessie.
