Marido en Alquiler (Husband for Hire) is a Spanish-language telenovela produced by United States-based television network, Telemundo Studios. The series first premiered on July 10, 2013. It is a remake of a popular Brazilian telenovela, Fina Estampa. The series showcases complex family issues, love, deceit, and the struggle of a woman to stake her claim in a male-dominated profession.

The plot follows the life of Griselda Carrasco, a hardworking, strong, and fiercely independent woman who works as a handyman to support her family. The series takes a turn as Griselda inadvertently falls in love with her wealthy but humble neighbor, Reinaldo Ibarra, who is married to an unfaithful woman, Teresa Cristina.
