The Marine is a 2006 American action film directed by John Bonito, and produced by Joel Simon. The plot follows John Triton, an honorable marine who is discharged from Iraq. Back on home ground, he is on a personal mission as his wife is kidnapped by a gang of diamond thieves. He uses his military skills to free his wife while also thwarting a diamond heist.
