Mean Girls 2 is a 2011 American teen comedy-drama television film directed by Melanie Mayron. It is a stand-alone sequel to the 2004 film Mean Girls. The story unravals as a new student, Jo Mitchell, befriends outcast Abby Hanover and crosses paths with The Plastics, a trio of popular-girls who rule the school. Jo and Abby team up to take on The Plastics.
