"The Mighty Ducks" is a 1992 American sports comedy-drama film directed by Stephen Herek. The film tells the story of Gordon Bombay, a hotshot lawyer who after being arrested for drunk driving, is sentenced to community service in a form of coaching the district's pee-wee hockey team, the Ducks. The unconventional coach leads the team from the lower positions to the championship game.
