"Mike & Molly" is an American sitcom which aired between 2010 and 2016. The show is about a couple - Mike Biggs, an affable police officer, and Molly Flynn, a thoughtful and caring elementary school teacher, who both grapple with their excessive weight. They meet in a Chicago Overeaters Anonymous group and begin dating. The show details the ups and downs of their relationship, comically addressing sensitive topics such as overeating, dieting, and weight loss along with a dose of beautiful romance.
