About Misfits
Misfits is a British science fiction comedy-drama television show that aired from 2009 to 2013. The show revolves around a group of young offenders sentenced to work in a community service program, where they obtain supernatural powers after a strange electrical storm.
Making / Production
The show was created by Howard Overman and produced by Clerkenwell Films for the E4 network. The series was filmed in Thamesmead, a district in south-east London. Each episode was standard length (around 45 minutes), with the exception of several specials that ran for approximately an hour.
