About Moana

Moana, released in 2016, is an adventurous animated feature from Walt Disney Animation Studios. The film is about a fearless teenage Pacific Islander named Moana who sets sail in search of a fabled island. During her incredible journey, she teams up with her hero, the legendary demigod Maui, to traverse the open ocean on an action-packed voyage, encountering enormous monsters and impossible odds. Directed by Ron Clements and John Musker, Moana delivers a stirring adventure filled with unforgettable characters, beautiful animation, and unforgettable songs.
