About Muppets Most Wanted

"Muppets Most Wanted" is a 2014 musical comedy film directed by James Bobin. It's the sequel to 2011's "The Muppets" and features the Muppets as they find themselves unwittingly involved in a worldwide crime caper while on a European tour. The film follows the Muppets as they are manipulated by a Kermit the Frog look-alike, called Constantine, and his sneaky sidekick, Dominic Badguy, to get involved in an international crime spree.

Making / Production

The film was announced in March 2012, with Bobin and Nicholas Stoller writing the script. A year later, principal photography began at Pinewood Studios in London. The movie was released by Walt Disney Studios and it's the eighth theatrical installment in the Muppets' film series.
