About MythBusters

MythBusters is an American entertainment TV series dedicated to discovering the truth behind popular myths, legends, and folklore. The series was broadcasted on Discovery Channel from 2003 to 2018 with the 2012 season marking a key part of the series. The hosts Adam Savage and Jamie Hyneman use elements of the scientific method to test the validity of rumors, myths, movie scenes, adages, Internet videos, and news stories.
