Naked Gun 33 1/3: The Final Insult is a 1994 comedy film and the third and final installment in The Naked Gun film series. The film was directed by Peter Segal, and its screenplay was written by Pat Proft and David Zucker. The plot follows an LA detective, Lt. Frank Drebin, who comes out of retirement to help Police Squad foil a terrorist attempt to detonate a bomb at the 64th Annual Academy Awards.
