About Night Raiders

Directed by Danis Goulet, Night Raiders is a dystopian sci-fi thriller. It's a story set in the future, where a military occupation controls disenfranchised cities in post-war North America. Children are considered property of the State. A desperate Cree woman joins an underground band of vigilantes to infiltrate a State children’s academy and get her daughter back.

Making / Production

This Canadian-New Zealand co-production pulls from the director’s Indigenous heritage to spin a cautionary tale about institutionalized prejudices. The movie masterfully combines elements from both the dystopian and horror genres.
