Indeed, Noragami is an anime TV series that was originally released in 2010. Based on a Japanese manga of the same name, the show revolves around a minor deity named Yato who dreams of having millions of devotees but has zero shrines to his name. Hence, he takes odd jobs hoping to raise enough money to build himself a shrine, all the while aiding humans with their problems. The plot thickens when Yato helps Hiyori, a human girl, who later turns part-spirit, giving the show a mix of action, drama, and supernatural elements.
