About Odd Man Out

"Odd Man Out" (1947) is a British noir film directed by Carol Reed and penned by F.L. Green and R.C. Sherriff. The film centers around Johnny McQueen, played by James Mason, the leader of an outlawed Irish organization. After a heist goes terribly wrong, the wounded Johnny finds himself on the run in the bleak and anonymous streets of Belfast, with both the authorities and his former associates on his tail.
