About Oreshura

Oreshura or "Ore no Kanojo to Osananajimi ga Shuraba Sugiru" translated as "My Girlfriend and Childhood Friend Fight Too Much" is a romantic comedy anime series based on the light novel. Released in 2013, the story revolves around a high school student named Eita Kidō who is tricked into a fake relationship with the popular and beautiful Masuzu Natsukawa, which threatens to disrupt Eita's otherwise calm and simple life.

Eita, a former delinquent turned diligent student, wants to avoid drama to focus on his studies. However, his life is turned upside down when the school's most beautiful girl, Masuzu, approaches him for a favor. To escape other male admirers, she proposes a faux relationship to Eita. This shakes Eita's tranquil life, making it further complicated with the intervention of his childhood friend Chiwa Harusaki.
